Prior to 1959, Windsor Girls were part of a mixed Windsor School based in Brixton Camp (the home of Windsor Boys).

It is interesting to note that after leaving Brixton Camp, Windsor Girls spent one term based in King Alfred School, Plön (which had already closed) before settling in Newcastle Barracks.

One of the final images of Marlborough House girls before the amalgamation with Windsor Boys.

In 1981, Windsor Girls closed and amalgamated with Windsor Boys on their site in Brixton Camp.

Two years later, in 1983 the school closed and Queen's School in JHQ took the name, Windsor School.

The video concentrates on Newcastle Barracks with a few images of Brixton Camp at the end.
