Formerly known as Pasir Panjang......the name changed to Wessex in 1963.

The school was in two locations - the location pin shows the Infant School.

The Infant school was the other side of the Pasir Panjang/Wessex Junior School playing field.

The sites are now subsumed into Tanglin Trust School.

Wessex Junior School staff dated 1968.

This is Portsdown Road at the end of the school day with a Malay soldier doing traffic control.
Twenty seven buses came to pick up the widely scattered children of Pasir Panjang Junior School.
