2025 Berlin Tour: 29th Sept to 3rd October
Monday 29 September, 2025

A cultural tour of Berlin, focusing in particular on the event following WW2 and leading up to the cold war and the breaking up of Berlin into the different sections. As many members served in Berlin or visited the city during their time in Germany, it was an opportunity to see how the city had changed since the BFES schools established in Berlin were closed.
We visited so many places but we can only show few here. A longer item with information about the tour with more photographs is to be included in the next Journal. If you once flew into Berlin using the Templehof Airport, there is a short video under "Archives" if you would like to revive your memories!
